Target group: All new students of MA Contemporary East Asian Studies and Modern East Asian Studies (MA CEAS and MA MEAS)
Aim and contents: This orientation week will serve to welcome you to the MA programs at the IN-EAST and UDE, to give you information related to your studies and exams, and to introduce you to staff members and lecturers at the IN-EAST and the university. Sessions also cover topics like the academic standards and good scientific practise in research and writing in the German university context and at IN-EAST specifically, intercultural competence, time management etc.
