Through a reading of key texts by important theorists, this seminar will familiarize students with important theoretical approaches in cultural studies. A main focus of this seminar will be on analyzing critically the approaches presented in the texts. This seminar is complemented by my seminar "Literary Theories".
There will be a moodle room for this seminar containing additional information and the texts. After the registration period, you will be informed by the lecturer regarding further course modalities and the log-in information for moodle!
Should the Covid-19 situation worsen and on-campus teaching be suspended, the course will be done synchronically at the given seminar time and include moodle more extensively! |
