A country's economic performance is shaped by the ability of its companies to develop new innovations. Both technological innovations and services play an important role.
In this introduction to innovation and technology management, all relevant sub-areas in operational innovation management and the the development of new products, new technologies, new services as well as new processes are discussed. The contents are illustrated using examples from companies in all industries, with the mobility industries in the foreground. The lecture and the associated exercise are designed as online events.
In the associated exercise, the contents of the lecture blocks are interactively deepened. There is also space for questions about the lecture material as well as prepared exercises that are intended to promote understanding with regard to the exam. Suitable digital tools such as mentimeters (survey tool) and miro (whiteboard) are used to ensure that this also leads to lively discussions online. The exercises take place every two weeks live via zoom.
Since the event can currently only be held online, each lesson is also supported by a self-study plan. This includes the book chapters or articles to be read for the lesson, relevant videos or presentations, and additional case studies for clarification. |
